OpenElectrophy is a framework to facilitate manipulation, storage and analysis of electrophysiological data. It can import data from many different file formats and store them in a single SQL-type database.
Analysis tools included in OpenELectrophy are oscillation detection and spike detection. Further analysis have to be written but OpenElectrophy provides a library of class and function which highly facilitates the querying of useful data in the database and their manipulation. A full list of script examples are provided and can be simply modified to suit the need of any specific data.
