BioModels Database is a data resource that allows biologists to store, search and retrieve published mathematical models of biological interests. Models present in BioModels Database are annotated and linked to relevant data resources, such as publications, databases of compounds and pathways, controlled vocabularies, etc.
What's New in This Release:
· This new release sees the the addition of 47 models, 38 entering the curated branch. That brings the public version of BioModels Database to 12482 reactions.
· As usual, a significant portion of the annotation of existing models has also been updated. The database now features 7985 cross-references.
· Many methods have been added to BioModels Dababase WebServices.
· You can now retrieve the models using ChEBI, GO, UniProt and Taxonomy information.
