MIME::Tools::changes is the MIME-tools change log.

How the numbering works

You should read the numbers like this: Version 5.213 is major version 5, minor version 2, patch level 13. A jump in the major version means I've made big changes which might not be backwards-compatible, so beware, and read the log!

What's New in This Release:

· Added Charset to MIME::Entity::sign. Thanks to Honza Holec(ek for the suggestion.
· Fixed MIME::WordDecoder warnings about uninitialized value. I'm new to the whole "locale" thing, so I'm bound to get this part wrong a few more times. Thanks to Nigel Kukard et al for the bug report.
