libopengdesktop is a Glib-friendly shared library for GNOME, to access contents exposed by webservices compliant to the Open Collaboration Services specification by Freedesktop.org, such as the well know OpenDesktop and its network (GNOME-look.org and friends).
Released under the GPLv3 license it is initially wrote to partecipate to the Social Desktop Contest 2009, in the hope to be usefull for other GNOME, XFCE and more generally GTK+ related projects.
