    This JavaScript class displays tooltips for web page elements

    HTML Tooltip is an open source JavaScript class that can be used by web developers to implement tooltips for the HTML elements in their web pages.

    The tooltip messages will be displayed when the end-user holds the mouse cursor over one or more web page elements.
