Bmrblib is an open source library written in Python and designed to provide an API for abstracting the Biological Magnetic Resonance Data Bank (BMRB or BioMagResBank) NMR-STAR format.
Bmrblib is able to read and extract data from files stored in the BMRB data bank, as well as to write NMR-STAR files for BMRB data deposition.
No Self-Defining Text Archive and Retrieval (STAR) format knowledge is needed!
