Eight rev12

Semiotic lisp
Eight is a lisp-variant that is designed to make syntactic abstraction as easy as possible. Unlike other lisps, there is no barrier between code and data --- no distinction between macros and functions; at the same time, eight maintains a rigid lexical scoping, ensuring that no abstraction leaks unless requested.
