TraderStar is a free and cross-platform graphical application that lets users analyze market stocks and trends. It is a professional, handy, feature rich and powerful software that includes significant advantages over similar applications.

Traders can be used to receive stocks, currency, investment funds, indexes, and futures from any stock exchange, test and optimize strategies based on historical data, write user indicators based on JavaScript, as well as to receive the current updates and information from RunningBoard, Web-Info, etc.

The TraderStar application is being known for supporting over 40 exchanges, giving users instant access to the End of Day data for stocks. This feature is powered by Yahoo! Finances. On the other hand, the software comes with a wide range of indicators, such as Distribution/Accumulation, Chaikin Oscillator, DMI, Decline/Advance, and ADX.

The program will automatically recognize various candle patterns, allows users to build custom indicators in the JavaScript scripting language, offers several filters that allow you to better find the right shares, and provides quick access to company information using multiple sources.

The built-in simulator will ensure that you test your trading strategy step-by-step, without too much hassle. It lets users to import data from MetaTrader, supports importing of TraderStar1 data, and offers a list of the most popular trading companies, including Dow Jones and NASDAQ.

Its beautifully designed graphical user interface (GUI) looks the same on all supported operating systems and allows you to easily move share to the Running Board, add indicators by dragging and dropping them in a window, as well as to change indicator parameters by right-clicking in the chart window.

TraderStar is designed to be used by stock exchange professionals and novices alike, supporting all GNU/Linux distributions, as well as the Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X operating systems. At the moment, it runs on 32-bit and 64-bit computer platforms.
