Romanian Dictionaries is an OpenOffice.org extension that contains Romanian dictionaries based on current standards. This dictionary is using correct Romanian diacritics (commabelow).
About OpenOffice.org:
OpenOffice.org (OO.o or OOo) is a cross-platform office application suite available for a number of different computer operating systems.
