Soul Capture is an open source (free) graphical software written in Gambas that can be used to capture both audio and video streams of an OpenGL application, such as a game.

Soul Capture is actually designed as a front-end to the command-line glc capture program created by Pyry Haulos. Users will be able to capture and encode footage of their games and other OpenGL apps.
