DVDRipper is a basic GUI written for Mencoder. DVDRipper will rip any DVD to DVD, DivX, SVCD, KVCD, or VCD.
DVDRipper is a linux utility written in java to rip any dvd to dvd, divx, vcd, kvcd, or svcd. It does all it's encoding with mencoder (packaged with mplayer) and will eventually be a complete mencoder gui. 6 releases have been made.

What's New in This Release:
· There was an error in the Quality Control bar, which has been fixed.
· Ripping to DivX used the MPEG4 codec, which is not compatible with most DVD players.
· This has been fixed as well, and DVDs ripped to DivX will now play in most DVD players.
· This release has been more thoroughly tested.
