GIMP Simulate HDR is an open source plugin for the popular GIMP image manipulation software that empowers users to simulate the HDR (High Dynamic Range) effect on images.

To install this script in your GIMP application, just extract the archive into your GIMP's scripts directory. To use it go to Filters -> Enhance -> Simulate HDR.
