averRemote 0.1.1

averRemote is a python script I’ve done for amaroK that let you use your averMedia’s remote control. I have not tested it with any other tuner than mine, so don’t ask me about that.

If you download it, there are a well detailed instructions about everything. Hope you like it, all feedback is going to be appreciated.

Here are some key features of "averRemote":

Should work with any bttv card, but I have just tested it with my bttv IR (card=13)

Keys binded:
· Channel Up = next song
· Channel Down = prev song
· Volume Up = volume up
· Volume Down = volume down
· Pause = pause playback
· Stop = stop playback
· Play = start playback
· Key yellow = enable/disable random mode
· Key blue = enable/disable dynamic mode

Requirements:

· amaroK
· Python 2.2
· PyQt (and kdialog)

· Added a few more key bindings
· Added instructions for usage with udev
