G15 Show Tune is a simple script for Amarok 2.0 to display the current song title, artist and track time using the Logitech G15 keyboard display.

G15 daemon and g15composer have to be running before you attempt to use this script. It relies on g15composer having its main FIFO in /var/tmp/.g15composer and writable. This FIFO is used to open a new page on the G15 display.

Then it needs a second FIFO to talk to the opened page, it expects it to be in $HOME/.g15amarok

If your setup differs (very likely!), you will need to change the paths in the script after installing it. You can find the script in $HOME/.kde4/share/apps/amarok/scripts/G15_Show_Tune/main.js

Unfortunately, the Amarok 2.0 script API is still not stable, poorly documented and buggy, so use at your own risk.
