h3oLaunchr is an eyeOS application that adds an entry into the file context menu (Right Click on File) allowing users to directly download the files on a Windows PC and open the associated application. As soon as modification is finished (Application closed) the file gets uploaded back to your eyeOS account. This simplifies working with many different file formats and requires no direct support for file types on your eyeOS account.

The behavior is similar to what a basic content service platform provides and fastens the collaboration of documents.

This initial built requires PUT method to be supported on the webserver and a Java Run Time 1.6 installed on the client.

About eyeOS
