Simple Clocks is a Mozilla Firefox, Thunderbird and SeaMonkey add-on that lets you track the time in locations around the world!
It is lightweight (~ 58 kb, compared to FoxClocks ~ 700 kb!), and easy to use.
Timezone data used by Simple Clocks is culled from the tz database, the de facto standard for timezone and daylight savings time information.
Clocks can be displayed in your statusbar/toolbar or a tooltip.
Please see the documentation (particularly for the Locations dialog) at my homepage for more details.
