GMail Conversation View is a Thunderbird extension compatible with either CustomizeHeaderToolbar or CompactHeader (but it's not required to have them !).
The GMail Conversation View extension displays your own messages in thread summaries, just like GMail does. For messages that are not part of a thread (as Thunderbird defines it) yet, the extension will display the conversation for you automatically. See the screenshots for a brief overview of the features.
How to Install in Thunderbird:
1. Right-click the link below and choose "Save Link As..." to download and save the file to your hard disk.
2. In Mozilla Thunderbird, open Add-ons from the Tools menu.
3. Click the Install button, and locate/select the file you downloaded and click "OK".
