With this extension you can force a LTR locale to behave as if it was a RTL locale. This allows developers to test the appearance of their UI for RTL compatibility without having to install a RTL locale.
For Firefox 3.0 Alpha 1 and Thunderbird 3.0 Alpha 1 and later, this extension allows dynamic switching of the direction of the user interface at runtime, via the Tools menu, "Force RTL Direction" item.
For older versions of these applications, the user interface will be RTL as long as this extension is enabled. Switching back to LTR requires disabling this extension and restarting the application.
Note: the intl.css used by this addon comes from the he locale; the intl.css for the ar and fa locales are based on the he locale's intl.css, but they differ slightly, so just keep in mind that things may look slightly different with ar and fa.
Note: As a result of bug #436635, menu layouts may not get updated when you switch modes. To work around this problem, open a new window.
