The user interface of Adblock Plus is intentionally not very customizable, the idea is to have it work well out of the box without requiring users to tweak things.
As a result, some compromises have to be made and sometimes the user interface is suboptimal for power users.
Customizations for Adblock Plus is a Firefox, Thunderbird and SeaMonkey extension, a collection of semi-supported user interface tweaks for people who feel the need to change something.
How to Install in Thunderbird:
1. Right-click the link below and choose "Save Link As..." to download and save the file to your hard disk.
2. In Mozilla Thunderbird, open Add-ons from the Tools menu.
3. Click the Install button, and locate/select the file you downloaded and click "OK".
