Change Referer Button is a Thunderbird extension that allows the user to quickly toggle "network.http.sendRefererHeader" without going to the "about:config" window.
Value 0 (Red icon):
"Never send the Referer header or set document.referrer."
Value 1 (Orange icon):
"Send the Referer header when clicking on a link, and set document.referrer for the following page."
Value 2 (Green icon):
"Send the Referer header when clicking on a link or loading an image, and set document.referrer for the following page. (Default)"
How to Install in Thunderbird:
1. Right-click the link below and choose "Save Link As..." to download and save the file to your hard disk.
2. In Mozilla Thunderbird, open Add-ons from the Tools menu.
3. Click the Install button, and locate/select the file you downloaded and click "OK".
