Tooltip Plus is a SeaMonkey extension that allows you to quickly get information about links and images by mousing over them. Shows link targets, well as link and image titles and alternative ("alt") text. The file type of a link target is indicated with an icon. Best of all, long lines are wrapped instead of cut short, so you can read your favourite comic's image captions.
