Send without save for SeaMonkey 1.4.3

Send without save is a Firefox and SeaMonkey extension that adds a button in the message compose window to Send message without saving a copy.

Additional features:

- The "Button label" and the "Button tooltip" can be freely changed in the options.
- The "Button label" and the "Button tooltip" can be switched in the options between the default translation and your own translation.
- The button will be disabled in the "Offline mode", because a copy is always saved if the message is sent later.
- The button uses the send image from the current theme. Works with the default themes, but unfortunately it does not work with all non-default themes.
