    Slim ScrollBar description

Simple scroll bars that are hidden when not in use.

Slim Scrollbar extension replaces default scroll bars with two simple auto-hide bars. These bars are visible only when you scroll the page. So you obtain more space (useful especially for netbooks).

For now you can't scroll with the bars, but them are useful only for keep trace of position in the page. I'm working to add this feature.

ATTENTION: To turn off the default scroll bar go in preferences (ctrl+F12) Advanced -> browsing, deactivate "show scroll bars".

    About Opera

The most full-featured Internet power tool on the market, Opera includes pop-up blocking, tabbed browsing, integrated searches, E-mail, RSS Newsfeeds and IRC chat.

    Requirements:

    · Opera

    Limitations:

    · The most relevant issue is performance loss during scrolling, because Opera must redraw the bars. This is evident especially with old hardware. In the last version (0.7) I added an option to activate an "alternative" bar, that hasn't this problem, but it may flicker.
    · When you zoom the page, also scrollbars are zoomed. This because they are effectively part of the web page. I think there isn't a real solution for this.
