GENERAL IMPROVEMENTS
* Optimize titles. Bloody pattern "Tracker #XXXXXX - AAAAAAAAA" is replaced with "XXXXXX AAAAAAAAAAAA" so these are more tabs-friendly, see 1st screenshot
* Right side bar collapsed and re-styled as top bar menu, see 1st screenshot
ISSUES LIST/SEARCH IMPROVEMENTS
* Move pagination above list to allow to see how many issues in search results without scrolling to bottom, see 1st screenshot
* Issues list styles refactored - borders, alignment, paddings, see 1st and 3rd screenshots
* Issues are colored depending on their priority (red - high priority, green - low priority), see 3rd screenshot
* Issues are being discussed have red '???' sign after subject and estimated hours, see 3rd screenshot
