Focus On Textbox 2.4

Focus On Textbox adds a blue outline around textboxes, inputs and selects when they are in focus.

Known bugs:
- some issues with autocomplete extension;
- unsuitable look on some skins where textboxes/inputs are rounded (like Z1-glass); same look on all rounded boxes (for example deviantart login, search);
- bad look when opera password manager adds a yellow inner shadow for textboxes;
- configuration page (for color and outline size) is not available (yet);
- bugs with some user css styles;
