Livejournal Friends Checker places an icon in the lower left corner of your browser when one of your friends post. Livejournal Friends Checker is a Firefox extension that places an icon in the lower left corner of your browser when one of your friends post. Only works with paid accounts.

This code is released under the BSD license. I make use of Paj's md5
library (which is released under the BSD license). You can get the code
