What's New in This Release: [ read full changelog ]

    · Version 1.3.1 was a brownbag release, at very least on Windows and possibly on other operating systems, due to the existence of a stray "package directory (quote included) in the root directory of the 1.3.1 tarball. This directory and its contents was present because the tarball was created using a release version of setuptools-git rather than a setuptools-git installed from a checkout. The only change in this release is to correct the packaging error in 1.3.1.
