Tweet Bar extension enables tweeting right from the Chrome address bar.
After installing the extension, click the toolbar icon to login to Twitter. Once you are logged in you can start posting - just type 't' in the Omnibox, then (see the note below for more details), then type in your tweet. Press and your tweet will be posted to your Twitter stream.
