Just click on the PizzaTimer Extexnsion icon in the Opera toolbar, enter the desired time and click 'Start'.
The countdown now runs in background and will notify you acoustically as soon as the time is up.
Furthermore the badge on the PizzaTimer Ext icon shows the remaining time in minutes.
