Google Reader RSS Subscriber Plus 0.1.5

Based on Google reader RSS Subscriber, RSS Subscriber Plus added three new features:

1. You can choose use http or https to subscribe to Google Reader;
2. You can choose open a new tab page or go to subscribing page at current tab page;
3. If you have logged in Google Accounts, it can check if the current RSS source have been subscribed.
