Chromium Scrapbook extension allows to save web pages for later use without internet connection.
It tries to save complete markup and graphics, so saved page looks the same as online one. The stored pages can be organized using tags. Text descriptions can be added to saved pages.
The extension supports four languages: English, Ukrainian, German, and Russian. If you'd like to translate it to your language, please contact the author.
Note: not all planned features are working (for example, there is no support background images yet, and saving gmail pages does not work). Better user interface is work in progress. The data synchronization between different computers is planned feature.
