The source can be easily added by you.
The word (together with the context) then will be add to your vocabulary database. When you surf the web, all new word in the DB will be highlighted. You can also set a word to be "knew by heart".
There are a small floating on-top window displaying randomly a new word. Then you can learn when you work! (this feature will be implemented in next version of clicknlearn)
You should use with Weave Sync to sync the words across multiple browsers.
