Stop Tube HTML5 is a Firefox and SeaMonkey extension that will stop YouTube videos from playing automatically, giving you complete control over them. It works only with the HTML5 version of the website.

Stop Tube HTML5 is an open source add-on designed to work with Mozilla Firefox 4.0 or later and SeaMonkey 2.1 or later.

This add-on doesn't require you to restart the web browser.
