Spreadmarks 0.0.1

Spreadmark is a Firefox extension that allows you to specify a destination bookmark folder.

Warns you about any modifications before performing the import.

Any bookmarks not in the spreadsheet will be automatically deleted.

The spreadsheet must have "url" and "title" as two of the column headings.

This addon will only import - to keep your bookmarks synchronised with a central server, use the x-marks addon.
