Bug fixes:

· set maximum number of tags you can download to 1000 to prevent throttle
· a time bug that causes refresh not working after deletion.

· no longer auto refresh when the root menu opens. This change drastically improves performance and usability, the tradeoff is that
· manualy refresh is needed when tags are updated/deleted
