Pinger is a Firefox extension that looks for broken links on page, links that are not working anymore - returning 404 code.
You can select to check whole page, or just links in selection. Is incredible fast - checking over 60 links / 1 second - only time outs can make it slow.
Checks also 'option' tags with value of url and 'area' tags for clickable images. After check you get an eye-candy statistics
