Open In Songbird 1.0.1

Open In Songbird is a Firefox extension to open your current Firefox tab in your open-source Songbird media player.

- adds "Open in Songbird" option to Tools menu
- adds "Open in Songbird" option to page's right click menu
- adds a button to open in Songbird. Must be enabled by clicking 'Customize' on your toolbar and dragging the "Open in Songbird" icon to the toolbar
