Liquid Tabs is a Firefox extension that adds opening and closing animations to the Firefox tab bar. This extension was inspired by planned Firefox 4 tab animation.
By default, new tabs grow into place, and closing tabs will shrink and fade away.
The Options dialog lets you change animation speed, animation quality, and toggle fading.
