    Link Access description

    Link Access from Keyboard

    Link Access is a Firefox extension designed to make links accessible via keyboard. This helps in making access to hyperlinks much faster as a keyboard shortcut are used. It is useful for people who are unable to use mouse.

    The various functionalities supported and built-in our extensions are:

    1.It makes all the hyperlinks present in a web page accessible to user via keyboard. This is provided by placing numbers beside the hyperlinks.
    2.It makes all buttons present in a web page accessible. This is incorporated by placing numbers beside the hyperlinks.
    3.The toolbar is initially hidden and is activated by a shortcut key [CTRL + Z].
    4.The user can enter the number located near the link he wants to access and press enter. The user is then automatically taken to that page.
    5.The user can press [Alt+Enter] to open the link in a new page.
    6.The user can press [Escape] key or refresh the page to remove the numbering and hide the toolbar.

    How to use:

    •Drag and drop the .xpi file into a firefox browser.
    •Accept and install the extension.
    •Restart firefox.
    •Press Ctrl+Z to activate toolbar.
    •All the links will get numbered and the focus will be at search box of linkaccess toolbar.
    •Type the number in box to specify your choice and press enter. That link will open in the current window.
    •To open in new window press Alt+Enter.
    •To hide the toolbar, press ESC or refresh the page.
