HTTP proxifier is a Firefox extension that uses a HTTP proxy to access blocked pages. The site is proxified trough a proxy, so it seems like you are visiting the proxy page and not the actual webpage
Ways of usage:
Way 1 (recommended):
Right-click on any toolbar and press "Customize...".
Find the HTTP proxifier icon and drag it to a toolbar
Way 2:
Richt-click on the page and click "HTTP proxifier"
Way 3:
Tools -> HTTP proxifier
