Gnome-Wise 2.2

Gnome-Wise is a Firefox theme with the Gnome-Wise icons from the Gnome-Colors Project (http://code.google.com/p/gnome-colors/).

Some add-ons get themed, too (but not yet 100%)! These are so far:
- AdBlock Plus (I'm not 100% happy about the icon..but...)
- DownThemAll
- UpdateScanner
- Video Download Helper
- lget
