Furigana Injector is a Firefox extension that looks up the readings for kanji words and inserts them as furigana.
Furigana are phonetic readings printed above or beside kanji (in small font) to show how they should be read/pronounced.
Works best in combination with the XHTML Ruby Support add-on.
