Fragment Titles 2.1.1

Originally the Fragment Titles add-on solved two problems with history:

- The first part solved a problem that history had in displaying a suitable site icon on visiting a fragment of a document which was fixed in Firefox 7.
- The second part was a similar problem with titles which was fixed in Firefox 3.7a3;

Now fragment titles just attempts to use information from the document to enhance the history, for example:

Web Server Statistics for Central Web Server [Redirection Report]
