FlipClock is a Firefox extension that does not do anything other than tell the time, but it does tell the time in a very stylish way. Options include 12/24 hour, display/hide seconds, and a wide range of display options such as flip clock, nixie clock (vacuum tubes), as well as LCD and LED.
