Fleck is an extension which allows you to add Notes and Bullets to websites.
You can then share these annotated pages with other people.
After installation a small button will appear in your browser. Click that button when you visit a website and you will get a toolbar at the bottom of the page you are visiting.
Add a note or bullet and enter some text, then click the share button and enter the emailaddress of one of your friends.
Your friends will receive an email with a special URL to the annotated webpage. They can annotate too without needing to install anything!
