CJ opener is a Firefox extension that allows you to open galleries of a photo or video (TGP or MGP) c some sites directly, without a redirect. For transition to gallery simply click the right mouse button on the link and choose point "Follow CJ link". The deciphered link will open in the new tab. As you can copy the deciphered link in a clipboard.
