What is OSClass?OSClass is a free and open source web-based application that allows users to easily create a classifieds website without any technical knowledge. It is a platform-independent application that allowing users to effortlessly create websites for real estate ads, car classifieds, job listings or rentals.
Installing Bitnami OSClass ModuleTo install OSClass on top of your existing Bitnami LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP) stack, you will have to first download the package that corresponds to your computer’s hardware architecture (32-bit or 64-bit), then make it executable, double-click it and follow the instructions displayed on the screen. Supported operating systems include GNU/Linux, Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X.
Virtualize OSClass or run it on the cloudThanks to Bitnami, users will also be able to run OSClass on the cloud with their hosting platform or by using a pre-built cloud image for the Windows Azure and Amazon EC2 cloud hosting providers. Virtual appliances for OSClass are also available for download on the project’s homepage, based on the latest LTS (Long Term Support) version of Ubuntu Linux and designed to run on the Oracle VirtualBox and VMware ESX/ESXi virtualization software.
