BitNami Weblate Stack 1.9-2
What is Weblate?
Weblate is an open source and free web-based translation tool with tight Git integration. It features a simple, easy-to-use and clean user interface, propagation of translations across subprojects, consistency checks, automatic linking to source files, as well as support for over 150 languages. With Weblate you can receive reports on the activity of translators and the current state of a translation.
Installing BitNami Weblate
The Weblate native installers were packaged using BitRock's cross platform installer tool. To install this stack on your computer, you must first download the package that corresponds to your computer’s hardware architecture, make it executable, run it and follow the on-screen instructions.
Run Weblate on the cloud or virtualize it
Besides the native installers, the BitNami Weblate Stack can be run on the cloud using the pre-built cloud images provided by BitNami for the Amazon EC2 and Windows Azure cloud hosting providers, or it can be virtualized using the virtual machine images offers by BitNami for the Oracle VirtualBox and VMware virtualization software.
The virtual images of BitNami Weblate Stack are currently based on the latest stable (LTS) version of the Ubuntu Linux operating system, designed for 64-bit architectures and compatible with the VMware ESX, ESXi and VirtualBox virtualization technologies.
Supported on Linux and Mac
The BitNami Weblate Stack is a cross-platform software that has been designed to run on any GNU/Linux distribution, as well as on the Mac OS X operating system. Unfortunately, Microsoft Windows is not supported at this time. Both 64-bit and 32-bit hardware platforms are supported on the aforementioned OSes.
