Installing Bitnami Pootle StackBitnami’s native installers automate the setup of a Bitnami application on Linux. To install the Pootle software on your personal computer, you must download the file that corresponds to your computer’s hardware architecture (32-bit or 64-bit), run it and follow the instructions displayed on the screen.
Run Pootle on the cloudThanks to Bitnami, users can also run Pootle on the cloud with their hosting platform or by using Bitnami’s pre-built cloud images for Windows Azure and Amazon EC2, or any other supported cloud provider. Furthermore, you can use Pootle in a virtual machine, by using Bitnami’s virtual machine images based on the latest LTS version of Ubuntu.
The Bitnami Pootle ModuleUnfortunately, Bitnami does not provide a module for the Bitnami LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP) stack product. Bitnami Pootle Stack is the only solution for deploying Pootle and all of its runtime dependencies on a desktop computer or laptop.
