zCI 3.0G

zCI is a Web-based computer inventory system. It is simple but has many corporate-grade inventory capabilities.

Its client-side program is able to collect inventory data (hardware and software information) automatically without any manual input, while its Web-based server-side programs simplify inventory management.

The project includes facilities to manage ownership and usage status for computers, monitors, and peripherals.

Requirements:

· LSHW
· Read-edid
· Sun JDK

Web Server Requirement

· Any web server can be used as long as it supports PHP.
· PHP min. version 4.1.
· Harddisk space 5 MB.

Database Server Requirement

· Recommendation : MySQL at least version 4.1.
· Other database that support subquery:
· Frontbase
· Microsoft SQL Server
· Oracle
· Postgre SQL
· Sybase-CT
· SQLite

*If using other database than MySQL, please edit the PHP files to convert date/time and concatenation function clauses to proper clause for your database systems.
